Update on Miso Soup


I made this again last night only this time I toasted the tofu first, I added baby spinach leaves, I added more miso paste, more garlic and more ginger.

I have to say all in all - everything was good aside from the more miso. It made the color a little dark and the water wouldn't hold all the miso making it cloudy and a bit clumpy at times. I have leftovers, so I will be adding a bit more water before reheating it.
