Crock-Pot Turkey Chili

Ingredients:
1/2 bag navy beans
1/2 bag kidney beans
2 cartons chicken stock
2 jars of your fav red sauce - I love Emeril's - gluten free and you know all the ingredients on the label!
1 package birds eye frozen chopped spinach
2 large cans diced tomato - italian spices
1 small can tomato paste - garlic
1 small can tomato paste - basil
7 pds ground turkey
1 jar hot salsa - flavor and size is up to you. If you don't like spicy, try mild!
canned or fresh mushrooms - how many is up to you!

Let the beans soak in the chicken stock on low and then add all other ingredients into the crock pot and let cook down to taste. Not sure why the picture makes it look brown instead of red, but it comes out a dark red! Total YUM!!
