| we start with my sad urn |

| which after 2 years out in the rain, cold and snow |

| is looking a bit worse for wear..... nothing a little spray paint can't fix! |

| but since the last time I painted, I painted the driveway... |

| I put down a plastic bag to protect the driveway |

| and pulled out the supplies! |

| while Reese kept watch on the yard :-) |

| after 2 coats of Rustoleum..... not too shabby! |

| While the urn was drying, I pulled out my black Halloween wreath. Since black on black is creepy, but doesn't show up too well from the driveway... |

| it got little spray paint job too! |

| I taped the hanger so that piece of black will blend into the door |

| after 2 coats of day-glow orange |

| it gave the back a halo'd affect to the back |
![]() |
| and the plastic bag a festive glow |
![]() |
| I gave the wreath a third coat of orange glitter |
![]() |
| it took the edge off the day-glow orange and added a festive sparkle! |

| quite the impression left on the bag! |

| once the urn was dry, I put it back and added a large fall mum |

| the orange wreath looks much better on the black door! |
![]() |
| Ready for Trick-or-Treaters! |
